SCOPE OF WORK:
The Project consists of the partial demolition of the existing interior, and associated mechanical, electrical, data, and site improvements.
New work shall include renovation of an existing 2-story building and associated site work as indicated on the Drawings and described in the Project Manual. Building Area: approximately 30,668 SF.

$4,361,000
PRE-BID-DATE & LOCATION:
A Pre-proposal conference will be held at Guidance Center, 3010 Bayshore Blvd, Pasadena, TX 77502 on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference and visit the site immediately following the meeting to become familiar with the work. PISD will adhere to necessary social distancing, and follow all CDC and Health Department recommendations during this meeting to maintain safety of all attendees.
BID-DATE & LOCATION:
PASADENA INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals for the Guidance Center Conversion to Nutrition Services, CSP #22P-006LP until 2:00 PM (Base Bid) and 3:00 PM (Alternates) on Thursday, May 5, 2022. Proposals will be submitted online in the Pasadena ISD eBid System. Vendors may login to view specifications and submit their response at the following link: https://pasadenaisd.ionwave.net
This is part one of a two part bid process. Each contractor should submit both the base and alternates within the deadline.
