NOTICE: INVITATION TO BID
SCOPE OF WORK:
The project consists of campus-wide renovation of the two-story school located at 2121 Tosca Ln,
Dallas, Texas. The scope includes renovating the admin area to create a secured front entry vesti-bule, replacing existing HVAC system for classrooms, cafeteria, and auditorium, replacing existing spray foam roofing with new modified bitumen roofing system, replacing exterior windows and in-stalling security screens, plumbing and electrical upgrades, and security improvements.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 02:30 PM on Wednesday, September 07, 2022, at 2121 Tosca Ln, Dallas, TX 75224 for all interested parties. This meeting is not mandatory, but information discussed will be extremely helpful in preparation of the proposal.
BID-DATE & LOCATION:
All Construction Services construction procurements must be physically delivered to the Construction Services office, at the Linus D. Wright Dallas ISD Administration Building 9400 North Central Expressway, Suite 800 Dallas, TX 75231. (Call 972.925.7200 for directions). Delivery to other locations will result in rejection of a CSP.
