PRE-BID DATE AND LOCATION:
A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will occur at 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at Humble City Hall, 114 W. Higgins, Humble, TX 77338..
BID-DATE & LOCATION:
Sealed proposals, original and five (5) copies, will be received by the City of Humble Purchasing Department , 114 W. Higgins Humble, Texas 77338 until 2:00 PM local time, Tuesday, February 7, 2023 , and then publicly opened and read aloud by a Purchasing Division Representative. Bid envelopes should be clearly marked with the Request for Proposal number “2023-01”, proposal opening date and company submitting the proposal.
