SCOPE OF WORK:
Project consists of the following:
1. Scope item 1. Demolition: Demolition of existing site conditions for the improvements in conflict with
the proposed renovation requirements as indicated in the drawings and specifications.

2. Scope item 2. Interior improvements: The existing school campus will undergo renovations to
classrooms and lab area requirements as indicated in the drawings and specifications, with detailed
scope as follows:
a. New finishes (ceiling, flooring, paint)
b. New lighting
c. New controls (lighting, call buttons)
d. New markerboards

3. Scope item 3. Addition: New Black Box building addition. This part of the Project consists of the
following; Civil, Landscape, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing requirements as indicated in the drawings and specifications.

BUDGET:
ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION BUDGET INCLUDING ALLOWANCES:
Total Estimated Construction Budget (CCL + Allowances) for CSP CS 207166 $8,731,249.00

PRE-BID & LOCATION:
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 11:00 am on Monday 04/10/2023 for all interested parties. This
meeting is not mandatory, but information discussed will be extremely helpful in preparation of the proposal.

BID-DATE & LOCATION:
All Construction Services construction procurements must be physically delivered to the Construction Services office, at the Linus D. Wright Dallas ISD Administration Building 9400 North Central Expressway, Suite 800 Dallas, TX 75231. (Call 972.925.7200 for directions). Delivery to other locations will result in rejection of a CSP.

Completed CSP Package Part 1-A, 1-B and 1-C are due on Tuesday, 05/09/2023 at 2:00 PM (local time).

Completed CSP Package Part 2 is due on Wednesday, 05/10/2023 at 3:00 PM (local time).

OWNER’S PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
David Mogray will be the Owner’s Project Manager (PM) for the management of planning, design, permitting, construction, and post-construction for this CSP. All correspondence and communication during the contract finalization, construction and post-construction processes shall be directed to the Architect/Engineer firm (A/E) with copy to David Mogray. During construction, the PM shall have authority to act on behalf of Dallas ISD for Owner related direction.
