The construction of a new parking lot and surrounding sidewalks, ramps, lighting, landscaping, and other accompanying items adjacent to the Brownwood Event Center Complex.

PRE-BID & LOCATION:
A pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 PM, September 23, 2024 at The City Hall, 501 Center Ave, Brownwood, Texas 76801, Council Chambers. All questions must be submitted in writing to BRW Architects by the end of business on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. Questions may be directed to: Emily Murphy: emurphy@brwarch.com
BID-DATE & LOCATION:
All sealed bids are to be received at the office of the Purchasing Manager, Jenny Yazell, on or before October 1, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. CST at the Brownwood City Hall located at 501 Center Avenue, Brownwood, Texas, or P.O. Box 1389, Brownwood, Texas 76804, in a sealed envelope, marked The Construction of the BNSF Parking Lot Project. Sealed bids received after the due date and time shall not be considered by the City Council. Bids will then be opened by the Purchasing Supervisor on October 1, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Brownwood City Hall, 501 Center Avenue, Brownwood, Texas. The City Council may award the bid at its next Council meeting.
